Pasir Ris Sport Centre Badminton: Hours, Halls & Booking

Pasir Ris Sport Centre is at 120 Pasir Ris Central, Singapore 519640, and its sport hall is open daily from 7am to 10pm.
Check the address on your booking before you set off. Several listings for this centre give a Pasir Ris Drive address, and the one ActiveSG publishes is Pasir Ris Central.
Badminton at Pasir Ris Sport Centre is played in Pasir Ris Sport Hall at 120 Pasir Ris Central, open daily from 7am to 10pm. Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School Hall at 11 Pasir Ris Street 41 opens at weekends. A third hall carries the Pasir Ris name but sits in Tampines. All are booked through ActiveSG.

The hall at Pasir Ris Sport Centre is a full-time facility, open every day from 7am to 10pm. A weekday evening game is genuinely possible here, which matters in the east where school halls do much of the work.
Possible is not the same as easy. One full-time hall serving Pasir Ris means the 7pm to 9pm window carries most of the demand, and Saturday afternoon is the hardest slot of the week.
Go by the address rather than the name. One of the three sits outside Pasir Ris itself.
Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School Hall is at 11 Pasir Ris Street 41, in the estate, open Saturday 3pm to 9pm and Sunday 9am to 9pm. Pasir Ris Secondary School Hall is at 390 Tampines Street 21 — same opening hours, but a Tampines address and managed from Tampines Sport Centre rather than from here.

Courts at Pasir Ris Sport Centre are booked through ActiveSG, in the app or on the website, not at the door. The same account covers both school halls.
Book a week or more ahead for a weekday evening. Weekday mornings and early afternoons are almost always open, and that is where the quiet court time in Pasir Ris actually sits.
You have a full-time hall in the estate and a weekend hall a few minutes away. Our badminton lessons in Pasir Ris page covers coaching in the area itself.

Both are within reach, and the Tampines-addressed school hall is often easier for them than for anyone actually living in Pasir Ris. Check which hall your booking names before deciding the trip is short.
Three halls take weekend bookings within a short radius of Pasir Ris Sport Centre, which is unusual for the east. Our weekend badminton classes are scheduled around those hours rather than against them.
ActiveSG lists Pasir Ris ActiveSG Gym, Pasir Ris Swimming Complex, Pasir Ris Tennis Centre and a five-a-side soccer field among the related facilities at Pasir Ris Sport Centre.
Each keeps its own hours and its own entry arrangements. They also share the approach and the car park, so a busy weekend at the pool slows the trip even though the hall itself is unaffected.
Pasir Ris Sport Centre sits on Pasir Ris Central, near the interchange rather than beside it. Check the walk from the station against a bus route before assuming the train is quickest.
If your booking is at one of the school halls, read the street name carefully. Pasir Ris Street 41 and Tampines Street 21 are different towns, and the second one catches people out precisely because the hall is called Pasir Ris.
We coach at suitable public halls across the island, and here the hall decides the timing more than the format does. A weekday evening session is possible but needs booking well ahead; a weekend or daytime session is far easier to hold week after week.
Tell us the days you can reliably make before anything else. If this hall cannot give you a slot you will keep, we will say so and suggest one that can.
Which format suits you is a separate question from which hall you use, and our badminton classes page compares all nine side by side.
A full-time hall attracts regular social play, and most of it runs on informal arrangements rather than fixtures. Turning up knowing how a game is actually scored saves a good deal of arguing at the net.
Service rules cause more disputes in social badminton than anything else, and our guide on the badminton rules you need to know covers the ones that come up.
Confirm which of the halls your booking is for, check it is showing in the ActiveSG app, and look for maintenance notices. School halls close at shorter notice than full-time centres, because the school’s own use comes first.
Bring indoor court shoes with non-marking soles. All three halls take that seriously and it is the most common reason a player is turned away at the door.
If you have never been coached and want to see what it is like before committing to a term, a badminton trial class is a single hour with nothing attached.
It also tells you whether the slot we can get at Pasir Ris Sport Centre actually suits your week, which is a more useful thing to learn in one session than in three months.
Tell us who is playing, their age and rough experience, and the days and times you can genuinely commit to. We will confirm what is bookable across the halls and which one fits your schedule best.
We would rather place you at a hall you will keep attending than at the one nearest your flat. Around Pasir Ris Sport Centre those are usually the same place, which is part of why students here stay longer than average.
